Teacher of Business and Management/Economics
(potential for Curriculum Leader position for the right candidate)

We are looking for two well-qualified, experienced and committed graduates to join our Humanities Curriculum Area from August 2017. We primarily need a teacher of Business and Management and/or Economics for IB Diploma, but the ability to teach another subject at MYP or DP level would be an advantage. Business and Management and Economics are popular subjects at Diploma level and results are good. While experience of teaching in an IB school is not essential it is desirable, and for the candidate with the right experience there is the potential to take on the role of Curriculum Leader.

Teacher of Mathematics
(potential for Curriculum Leader position for the right candidate)

We are looking for a well-qualified, experienced and committed graduate to teach Mathematics from August 2017. The successful candidate will be someone who has experience of teaching up to IB/university entrance level, and who will participate in the wider life of the school. Experience of teaching the MYP and Higher Level Mathematics in the IB Diploma would be an advantage, and for the candidate with the right experience there is the potential to take on the role of Curriculum Leader.

Teacher of English Language and Literature

We are looking for an experienced teacher to join our English Language and Literature Curriculum Area. The Language and Literature team has teaching specialists in English, French, Mandarin and Portuguese – the successful candidate will, therefore, collaborate with this diverse team. We have excellent results in this area, and in English we offer both English Literature and English Language and Literature in the IB Diploma. We are also participating in the MYP e-assessments, and experience of teaching IB MYP and DP English, while not essential, would be an advantage.

EAL Teacher

We are looking for a qualified teacher, flexible and able to teach students with a diverse range of language needs and different age groups. The position will require in-class and withdrawal support as well as developing curriculum that meets the needs of students.

 

Physics Teacher

We are looking for a well-qualified, experienced and committed teacher to teach Physics and General Science from August 2017. The successful candidate will be someone who has experience of teaching up to IB/university entrance level, and who will participate in the wider life of the school. Experience of teaching IB MYP Physics, while not essential, would be an advantage.
